Dental Team/Office#
Technician or Office Staff personnel must be registered through the online process. All office staff must register as attendees (not as Guest/Spouse). Team registrants have access to the Dental Implant Team sessions, but team registrants also can attend Main Podium presentations.

Guest/Spouse Registration
Guest/Spouse registration can be added to any registration category above during the registration process. This category is intended for those attending in a social capacity and CE is not available for this registration category. Guest/spouse registration includes access to all social events, including daily breakfast and lunch, the Welcome Reception, and the Implant World Expo Reception. Tickets to the President's Celebration must be purchased separately.

**Corporate Forum sessions are industry-sponsored presentations designed to share information on products, services, technologies, or innovations. Please refer to the session description to see if CE will be offered by the sponsor.

**The President’s Celebration is a ticketed event not included with registration. Add your ticket to enjoy an unforgettable evening in a lively Nashville honky-tonk setting. Transportation to the venue is included. Child tickets (ages 8 and under) are available for $55. Attendance is open to both registrants and non-registrants with a purchased ticket. Tickets will be available for purchase through October 2.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing or sent by email to AAID@maritz.com and received on or before the dates listed below. No refunds will be offered after September 4, 2026. 

On or before September 4, 2026: 50% of registration fee
September 5, 2026 or later: No refunds issued

Workshop, seminar, and other ticketed events: On or before September 4, 2026, 100% of the fee will be refunded. No refunds issued after September 4, 2026.
